Mit WENIGER SCRs werden die SCRs sicher nicht teurer. xD Also ich finds gut.

Wieso sollten die Karten dadurch seltener werden? Jinzo z.B. war in PSV auch nicht seltener als z.B. Tualatin oder eine sonstige SCR. (Abgesehen von der reinen Setgröße)
